By using RigRate you agree to these terms. RigRate is provided by Home Run Unit LLC.
1. What RigRate is
A calculator that helps owner-operators estimate the profit of a load from the numbers you enter. It is a tool for your own decision-making.
2. Estimates only — not professional advice
All figures in RigRate are estimates based on the information you provide. RigRate does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and its numbers are not a guarantee of profit, cost, or tax outcome. You are responsible for your own business and financial decisions.
3. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use RigRate on your Apple devices, subject to Apple's standard licensed-application terms (the Apple EULA), which apply in addition to these terms.
4. Subscriptions (RigRate Pro)
RigRate is free to check and save loads. RigRate Pro unlocks your full load history and dashboard totals. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly; the price is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
5. No warranty
RigRate is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant it will be error-free or that its estimates will match your actual results.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Home Run Unit LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business or financial losses, arising from your use of RigRate.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
