Privacy Policy
RigRate is built by Home Run Unit LLC. The short version: your data stays yours.
What RigRate stores
RigRate stores what you enter — truck costs, loads, routes, notes — on your device. If you turn on iCloud backup, it syncs to your own private iCloud account so it survives a phone change. It stays in your Apple account. We cannot see it and do not receive a copy.
The rate-con scan
When you scan a rate confirmation, RigRate uses Apple's on-device text recognition. The image is processed on your phone only. We do not upload, store, or receive your photos or their text.
What we do NOT do
We do not collect your personal information, do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers, do not sell or share your data, and do not run a server that receives your load or cost data.
Subscriptions
RigRate Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment and billing — we never see your card details. Apple provides only what's needed to confirm your subscription status.
Children
RigRate is a business tool for truckers and is not directed to children under 13.
Your control
Your data lives on your device and in your iCloud. Delete a load in the app to remove it, or delete the app and turn off its iCloud data to remove it entirely.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here.
