Common questions
How do I set up my truck?
Tap the gear (or the truck on the Check screen) → Truck setup. Pick your rig type to pre-fill typical costs, then adjust fuel, maintenance, insurance, and payment to match your numbers.
How does the rate-con scan work?
On the Check screen, tap Scan rate con and point your camera at the rate confirmation (or pick a photo). RigRate reads the miles, pay, and cities on your phone and drops them into a confirm sheet so you can fix anything before checking.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your loads and costs are stored on your device, and if you turn on iCloud backup they sync to your own private iCloud. We never receive a copy.
What's free, and what's RigRate Pro?
Checking and saving loads is free, forever. RigRate Pro unlocks your full load history and dashboard totals.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap RigRate, and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
A number looks off on my scan?
Tap "Copy what I read" on the confirm sheet and email it to support@rigrate.app.
